Neighborhoods

Briarcliff: An array of charming homes, condos and new developments can be found along Briarcliff Road among majestic trees and assorted greenery.
Decatur: Located 10 miles from Downtown Atlanta, Decatur is located in Dekalb County, just west of Atlanta.
Edgewood: Edgewood is located just south of Little Five Points and north of East Atlanta. Its boundaires include La France Street on the north, Arizona Avenue on the east, Interstate 20 on the south, and Moreland Avenue on the west.
Emory: Emory, the area surrounding the prestigious Emory University, is not only filled with regal, established homes and grand oaks, but also with progressive, forward thinking residents.
Lake Claire: Lake Claire is located in Dekalb County within the City of Atlanta. It lies north of Kirkwood, west of Decatur, south of Druid Hills and east of Candler Park.
Lavista Park: This upscale neighborhood located near Emory University and the CDC complex has cultivated an active neighborhood association over the years.
Lenox Park: Lenox Park joins Morningside and Johnson Estates to form the MLPA neighborhood association. This area is defined by Cheshire Bridge Road and the Seaboard Railroad line on the north; the intersection of Briarcliff and Johnson Roads on the northeast; t
Lindgridge/ Martin Manor: The 298 single-family homes and 75 condo units that make up the Lindridge/ Martin Manor neighborhood were originally constructed in the 1940s and 50s.
Piedmont Heights: Pidemont Heights is bounded by Piedmont Circle on the north, Piedmont Road on the east, Monroe Drive on the south, and Flagler Avenue on the west.
Sagamore Hills: Sagamore Hills, located on the north side of the city, is known for its large, wooded lots, many are an acre or more!
Sherwood Forest: When Sherwood Forest was developed, it was designed to be the 'poshest' post-WWII subdivision in Atlanta. Today, the neighborhood is still recognized as one of the most upscale areas of town.
Druid Hills: Situated west of Midtown, Druid Hills was originally bordered by Ponce de Leon Avenue, Briarcliff Road, North Decatur Road and Lullwater Roads but in recent years has spread to encompass a slightly larger area.
Morningside: Morningside is bordered by Cheshire Bridge Road and the Seaboard Railroad line on the north, the intersection of Briarcliff and Johnson Roads on the northeast, the Cumberland/East Rock Springs Road intersection on the east, Amsterdam Avenue and Lanier Boulevard on the south and southeast; and Monroe Drive and Piedmont Road on the west.
Ansley Park: One of Atlanta's most popular neighborhoods is just north of the Downtown convention district, 3 miles from downtown, just off Peachtree at 15th Street.
Virginia Highland: One of Atlanta's most popular intown neighborhoods, Virginia Highland is bounded by Amsterdam Avenue on the north, by Ponce de Leon Avenue on the south, by Briarcliff Road on the east, and by the Southern Railroad Line on the west.
Midtown: Located just north of Downtown and south of Buckhead, Midtown is continuing to grow and evolve.
Old Fourth Ward: Old Fourth Ward is located east of Downtown and south of Midtown.
Poncey-Highland: Poncey-Highland is a small neighborhood that is bordered by Virginia-Highland to the north, Little Five Points to the east, Inman Park to the south, and Old Fourth Ward and Midtown west.
Cabbagetown: Cabbagetown is a historic neighborhood located in Downtown Atlanta located north of Grant Park, east of Oakland Cemetery, south of Inman Park, and west of Reynoldstown.
Candler Park: Candler Park is located about 5 minutes east of Downtown Atlanta and just south of Druid Hills. Its boundaries are North Avenue, Candler Park Golf Course, and Clifton Terrace on the north. Clifton Avenue on the east, DeKalb Avenue on the south, and Moreland Avenue on the west.
Inman Park/Little 5 Points: Inman Park is east of Old Fourth Ward, west of Candler Park, south of Poncey-Highland and north of Reynoldstown.
Oakhurst: Oakhurst lies in the southwest section of the City of Decatur in Dekalb County.
Sweet Auburn: Sweet Auburn is located in the Old Fourth Ward District, east of Downtown.
Kirkwood: Just 5 miles from downtown Atlanta, Kirkwood is a diverse neighborhood perfect for in-town living. Kirkwood lies between DeKalb Avenue to the north, Rogers Street/Montgomery Street to the west, Memorial Drive to the south and Mellrich Avenue/Winter Avenue to the east.
Reynoldstown: Reynoldstown is located between the Cabbagetown and Edgewood, just south of the CSX rail line.
East Lake: East Lake is located approximately 6 miles east of Downtown Atlanta and 2 miles south of the city of Decatur. It's boundaries include Candler Road on the east, Glenwood Drive on the south, the City of Atlanta/City of Decatur border on the north, and Kirkwood to the west.
