Atlanta's Southeast side includes the neighborhoods of East Atlanta, Grant Park, Ormwood Park and Summerhill.

Atlanta: What began as a simple railroad town is now one of America's fastest growing cities. Home to more than a dozen Fortune 500 companies, Atlanta is one of the most popular relocation destinations in the country.
Hapeville: Situated between I-75 and I-85, Hapeville is approximately 8 miles south of Downtown Atlanta.

Ormwood Park: Ormewood Park is located south of Reynoldstown, east of Grant Park, and west of East Atlanta.

Summerhill: Summerhill is located north of Peoplestown, east of Mechanicsvile, directly south of Downtown Atlanta, and west of Grant Park.
Grant Park: Grant Park, Atlanta's largest Historic District, is situated in southeast Atlanta. Though the neighborhood was interrupted by the construction of Interstate 20 in the 1960s, today it flourishes again, as it did in the early 1900s.
East Atlanta: East Atlanta is located 3 miles east of Downtown, just off of Interstate 20.
