Home Park
Home Park is a little-known neighborhood located west of the Downtown Connector, north of Georgia Tech and just south of Atlantic Station.
In 1907 The Atlanta Steel Hoop Company became The Atlantic Steel Company, which fostered residential growth in this area. Originally known as Chastaintown, Home Park incorporated into the City of Atlanta in 1909. Composed of early 20th-Century craftsman-style bungalows on narrow lots, Home Park has an abundance of trees and an active neighborhood association.
