Ormwood Park
Ormewood Park is located south of Reynoldstown, east of Grant Park, and west of East Atlanta.
Ormewood Park was named for Aquilla J. Orme of the Atlanta Electric Light and Trolley Company. The introduction of the trolley helped the area grow in the 1900's. Today Ormewood Park is going through a revitalization, with Craftsman bungalows and Victorian homes being renovated. Ormewood Park is conveniently located near Glenwood Park, a mixed-use complex of single-family homes, condos, townhouses, shops and restaurants.
