Marcy Shugarman

Marcy has been an intown Atlanta resident since 1987, living in the Virginia Highland, Toco Hills and Lakeside neighborhoods. Before moving to Atlanta, she earned a management degree from Tulane University School of Business and used her education to gain experience in business management and marketing.

She began her real estate career in 1992 and has enjoyed helping buyers create a lifestyle with the purchase of their home and sellers to have a successful experience in selling their home. Marcy respects the fact that every real estate transaction, whether you are buying or selling, is important to you both financially and emotionally.

After joining Re/Max Metro Atlanta in 1996 she became an Associate Broker in 1999. Marcy’s extensive experience allows her to provide clients with knowledge of the real estate transaction including Atlanta market conditions, financing, neighborhoods, marketing, negotiating and closing. She is committed to providing every client with the highest level of service and integrity. She brings to the team an abundance of knowledge in short sales and foreclosures and has adapted to the changes in the real estate market throughout her career.
