William brings to the team more than 20 years of real estate and planning experience in the Metro Atlanta market. Working with private developers, both regional and city planning agencies, he has an immense understanding of issues around real estate development.
After graduating with a Masters in City Planning from Georgia Tech, William began working for the Atlanta Regional Commission as a Land Use Planner. Being part of study task force to determine effects of land use allowed him to gain a wealth of knowledge about development in Metro Atlanta. After his time with the Atlanta Regional Commission he then worked for Techwood Park Incorporated, the Atlanta Development Authority and then became an independent consultant.
William has brought all of these experiences to our team where he has allowed both residential and commercial clients to buy and sell real estate with him as a professional agent and as an expert in the field. He offers services to our clients such as in-depth market research, construction management and developer-client relations to name a few. William also has a strong involvement in the community and wants to make sure that the consumer is getting information about their real estate from every aspect of the deal.
