My wife, Linda, and I recently had the pleasure of working with Jennifer Kjellgren in purchasing a loft near Piedmont Park. We have worked with many Realtors over the years and, without question, Jennifer is one of the best.

Before I earned my own real estate license, I sent all my referrals to Jennifer Kjellgren. Now I look forward to closings where I sit across the table from her! She is the kind of consummate professional that is rare to encounter in this sea of mediocre agents.

We first became aware of Jennifer Kjellgren when we received a postcard in the mail showing where she had sold a unique property in our neighborhood. We own a City of Atlanta Landmark property that is currently being used as an Inn. So we were looking for an agent that had knowledge and was professional with integrity and character. 1. She arrived on time, toured the property and listened to what we had to say.

2. She presented us with comps of similar properties.

3. She recommended we have an appraisal done to get the fair market value. She supplied us with the names of three appraisers and their phone numbers. None of the other agents recommended getting an appraisal. It was the best recommendation we received.

4. Jennifer gave us three references, we checked with them and were given glowing reports.

5. Jennifer supplied us with a marketing plan that was made part of the contract. She has implemented and has even exceeded the marketing plan.

6. Jennifer is always open to trying new avenues to market our property. We have the utmost confidence she will bring us an offer in the near future.
